This assembly includes a 3.400-inch cast crankshaft and 5.400-inch I-beam connecting rods, which are a popular choice for street performance. The rods are secured with 3/8-inch ARP 8740 bolts for added strength. For the pistons, you get hypereutectic KB pistons with an inverted dome design, sized at 4.060 inches, and they come with plasma-moly file-fit rings, meaning you can gap them precisely for your build. King rod and main bearings are included to ensure smooth rotation, along with a Pioneer damper and a 157-tooth flywheel, all balanced as a complete unit for reduced vibration and improved performance right out of the box.
