This balanced assembly starts with a 3.400-inch cast crankshaft, paired with 5.400-inch I-beam connecting rods. These rods are fitted with 3/8-inch ARP 8740 bolts, known for their strength and reliability under stress. The pistons are Hypereutectic KB flat tops with a -6.5cc dish, designed for a 4.000-inch bore, and come with plasma-moly file-fit rings, allowing for precise gap setting. For smooth operation and durability, it includes King SI rod and main bearings. To complete the package, a Pioneer damper and a 164-tooth flexplate are included, and the entire assembly is dynamically balanced at the factory for reduced vibration.
