If you're building a Ford 302 engine for street use, this balanced rotating assembly from Eagle is a solid foundation. It's designed for naturally aspirated, pump gas applications, making it a great choice for a street-strip build where reliability and performance on regular fuel are key. This assembly includes all the core components you need to get your short block started, all balanced together for smoother operation.

At the heart of this assembly is a 3.400-inch cast crankshaft, paired with 5.400-inch I-beam connecting rods. These rods are secured with 3/8-inch ARP 8740 bolts, known for their strength and reliability in performance applications. The pistons are forged 4032 aluminum flat-tops from Mahle, measuring 4.030 inches with a -6cc dish, designed to work with pump gas. They come with plasma-moly file-fit rings, giving you the flexibility to set your ring gap precisely for your build. King rod and main bearings are included, offering well-built performance for the rotating assembly.

This kit also comes with a Pioneer damper and a 157-tooth flexplate, essential pieces for completing the assembly and connecting it to your transmission.
