Starting with a 4.170-inch forged 4340 steel crankshaft, this balanced rotating assembly from Eagle is built for serious performance applications, including racing, nitrous, and forced induction setups. Complementing the crankshaft are 6.250-inch H-beam connecting rods, known for their strength and reliability under demanding conditions. These rods are secured with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 bolts, a popular choice for their durability and consistent clamping force. The assembly includes Mahle 4.030-inch flat-top pistons, featuring a -6.6cc dish to help achieve your desired compression ratio. These pistons are paired with plasma-moly file-fit rings, allowing for precise gap setting to optimize sealing and performance. For smooth operation and reliable lubrication, King XP rod and main bearings are included, offering well-built protection for critical rotating components.
