If you're building a Pontiac 455 for serious naturally-aspirated racing, this Eagle Pro Street rotating assembly is a solid foundation. It's designed to handle the demands of the track, providing the strength and reliability you need when every component has to perform.

This assembly starts with a 4.500-inch forged 4340 crankshaft, paired with 6.800-inch I-beam connecting rods made from the same strong 4340 material. These rods are secured with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 bolts, known for their strength and ability to maintain clamping force under high stress. The pistons are forged 4032 aluminum from Mahle, featuring a -6cc flat top design with a 4.155-inch bore, and come complete with plasma-moly file-fit rings for improved sealing and performance. To top it off, the assembly includes King XP rod and main bearings, which are well-regarded for their durability and smooth operation in performance applications.
