These EBC 3GD Series Sport Slotted Rotors are built from OE spec grey cast iron, the same material used on new car production lines. They're designed for the rear of your 2008-2013 Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.4, featuring a vented design with 5 bolt holes, a 308mm diameter, and a 16mm thickness. The wide slots are a key feature, helping to move dirt, dust, and debris away from the braking surface. This action helps reduce brake fade, especially under load or at higher speeds, and allows the brakes to run cooler.
EBC manufactures many of their rotors in their own UK foundry, ensuring a high standard of construction. When they do source rotors from approved suppliers to complete their range, these parts are rigorously specified, sampled, and tested for element analysis, grain structure, tensile strength, hardness, and ductility.
