The EBC 3GD Series Sport Slotted Rotors are built from OE spec grey cast iron, the same material used in new car production. These front rotors are specifically designed for your 2016-2023 Volvo XC90, featuring a vented design with 5 bolt holes, a 366mm diameter, 49mm height, and 30mm thickness. The wide slots are a key feature, helping to dissipate heat and clear away dirt, dust, and debris from the braking surface. This improved cooling and cleaning action helps reduce brake fade, especially under heavy load or at higher speeds, making them a solid option for SUV use, towing, or spirited driving.

EBC manufactures many of their rotors in their own UK foundry, ensuring a high level of quality control. When EBC does source rotors from approved overseas suppliers to complete their product range, they meticulously specify, sample, and test each one for element analysis, grain structure, tensile strength, hardness, and ductility. Each rotor is also individually tested for runout to ensure it meets their standards.
