EBC 93-98 Ford Thunderbird 3.8 Greenstuff Rear Brake Pads

EBC is known for making popular performance brake parts, and their Greenstuff 2000 Series pads are a well-known option for street driving. If you're looking to improve your Lincoln Mark VIII's stopping performance, these rear brake pads are a solid choice. They're designed to give you more confidence when you first hit the brakes, with a good initial bite that works well for everyday driving.

These pads are built to handle temperatures up to 1100 degrees Fahrenheit, which helps reduce heat fade during normal street use. While no brake pad creates absolutely zero dust, the Greenstuff compound is formulated to produce less dust than many others, and the dust it does create is easier to wash off. The friction coefficient is around 0.55, offering a noticeable improvement over stock pads for lighter sport compacts and vehicles with around 200 horsepower.

These pads use the FMSI D599 pad number and measure 114 x 47 x 16mm. For heavier or faster vehicles, EBC suggests their Redstuff pads, but for the Mark VIII, the Greenstuff offers a good balance of performance and street manners.
