What are the FMSI pad numbers for this kit?

The front pads use FMSI number D1069 and the rear pads use FMSI number D1334. Both are EBC Ultimax compound pads with Aramid fiber construction.

Are the front and rear bolt patterns the same?

No. The front rotors use an 8-bolt pattern and the rear rotors use a 5-bolt pattern. The center hole diameters are also different: 64mm front and 128mm rear. Both are direct-fit for the F-350 Super Duty.

Is caliper lube included or do I need to buy it separately?
