What is the difference between the S4 and S9 rear brake kits for these BMWs?

This is a rear-axle kit covering models like the 535i, 535d xDrive, 550i, 740i, and 740Li from 2010 through 2016.

Yellowstuff is EBC's most aggressive street compound, carrying the GG friction rating for strong initial bite and confident stopping. The USR rotors use a fine slot pattern to sweep dust, gas, and debris from the pad face without the wind noise that drilled rotors can produce. Made from G3000 cast iron with Geomet anti-rust coating, the rotors measure 345mm, are vented, with a 5-bolt pattern, 69mm height, 24mm thickness, and 75mm center hole diameter.

FMSI pad number is D919 for the rear. The pads come shimmed and chamfered with EBC's Brake-in coating.
