These are a pair of PCV grommets from Edelbrock. They are designed to fit into standard 1-1/4 inch diameter holes in your valve covers, creating a solid seal for your PCV valve. The inside diameter is 0.75 inches, which works with many common PCV valves you might find on your engine.
