If you're installing an Edelbrock Performer RPM II EFI intake manifold (#7123) on your 1994 or 1995 Ford Mustang, you'll need this EGR supply tube spacer. The stock EGR tube runs from the rear of the exhaust manifold to an adapter on the intake manifold's throttle body flange. Edelbrock moved the throttle body flange up by 0.30 inches and forward by 0.50 inches on the Performer RPM II manifold to better center the throttle body. This relocation means the original EGR tube won't reach.
The Edelbrock #8025 fitting acts as a 5/8 inch extension for that EGR supply tube, ensuring it connects properly to the new manifold location. This simple adapter makes sure your EGR system functions as intended with the updated intake manifold, maintaining proper emissions control.
