Edelbrock Performer Manifold

Edelbrock is well-known for its performance parts, especially for classic American V8s. This Performer Series intake manifold, part number 2101, is built for street-driven 1955 through 1986 Small-Block Chevys. It's designed to give you a noticeable boost in torque across a wide range of RPMs, making your car or truck feel more responsive from a standstill all the way up to about 5500 RPM.

The secret is Edelbrock's patented dual-plane, low-rise design. This setup works with a 180-degree firing order to create better airflow, which translates directly into improved throttle response and pulling power. This manifold is a solid choice for passenger cars, trucks, RVs, and tow vehicles that need that extra bit of grunt for everyday driving or hauling.

This manifold accepts standard 4150-style carburetors from Edelbrock or Rochester Quadrajet. It also accepts exhaust-heated chokes, which can be helpful in colder climates. While it's designed for earlier engines, it will fit 1987 and later stock aluminum heads, but it's not for use with 1987 and later cast iron or Chevy Bowtie heads.
