The original rubber sub-frame mounts on your 1967-1981 Chevrolet Camaro can become distorted, cracked, or crushed over time, leading to poor body alignment. This hardware kit from Energy Suspension is designed to replace those worn-out original components. Unlike harsh aluminum mounts that can cause other parts to break, Energy Suspension's specially formulated Hyper-Flex(TM) polyurethane offers a balance of ride comfort and durability.
This kit includes the necessary hardware, intended to be used in conjunction with Energy Suspension's polyurethane body mount bushings (part number 3.4142). The polyurethane material is robust enough for demanding road use while still providing a smooth ride. Many Energy Suspension kits also feature a strong zinc-plated steel ring molded into the polyurethane for added strength and longevity where needed.
