2021+ Ford F-150 4in Basic System w/Stealth Monotube Shocks

This 4-inch basic lift system for your 2021-2023 Ford F-150 takes the proven design from their larger kits and offers it with less lift, making it a solid choice if you want to fit 35-inch tires and get a more aggressive stance without sacrificing your truck's comfortable highway ride.

The kit features high-arched lower control arm crossmembers made from 1/4-inch thick steel for serious strength. A matching 1/4-inch steel skid plate connects these crossmembers, offering protection for your front differential when you're out on the trail. Fabtech uses heavy-duty ductile iron steering knuckles that keep your stock track width, so your tires sit nicely under the fenders. To achieve the 4 inches of lift and clear those larger tires, the front suspension uses extended length shocks that reposition the stock coil springs. In the rear, lift blocks and longer U-bolts are used to level the truck. The included Stealth shocks are gas-charged and designed to perform well off-road while still providing a comfortable ride on the pavement.
