Fabtech 01-06 GM C/K2500HD 8in Perf Sys w/Stealth

This 8-inch performance suspension system from Fabtech is built around one-piece cast drop down steering knuckles and heavy-duty, high-arched lower control arm crossmembers that are 1/4in thick. These components, combined with tubular upper control arms, work together to give you excellent ride quality and substantial ground clearance. The design provides a true 8 inches of lift without needing to adjust your torsion bars, which means you can fit up to 37-inch tall tires on your truck. For 2001-2006 models, the front differential is relocated to prevent vibration from the front driveshaft when using the stock setup.

The new tubular upper control arms are designed to fit into the factory frame pockets and use urethane bushings for a solid connection. They also feature double shock mounting tabs, ready for an optional front dual shock hoop system. To complete the front suspension, this kit includes a differential skid plate, tubular crossmember supports, impact struts, and torsion bar drop down brackets that correctly align the torsion bars with the relocated stock lower control arms. In the rear, the lift is achieved with a 4-inch block kit and 2-inch add-a-leafs, along with rear bump stop brackets and a driveshaft carrier bearing drop bracket to maintain proper alignment.

This system is designed to work with the stock driveshaft on 2001-2006 trucks. For later model 2007-2008 vehicles with Magna 1625 transfer cases, a CV front driveshaft will be required for high-speed 4WD use.
