This 6-inch Radius Arm lift system from Fabtech is specifically for your 2008-2010 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4WD. It's designed to give your truck a significant lift while improving its stance and off-road performance. The system replaces key suspension components to allow for larger tires and better ground clearance.

At the heart of this kit are Fabtech's patented Radius Arms. They're built with a full tubular structure and reinforced with dimple die side plates for added strength. An adjustable alignment cam is built into the axle end of the arms, which is a practical touch that lets you fine-tune your caster for better steering alignment after the lift is installed. Up front, the lift is achieved with 6-inch replacement coil springs and the Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover Stainless Steel Shock conversion, offering substantial damping for rough terrain. The kit also includes a Trac Bar relocation bracket to keep your steering centered, a new Pitman Arm, and Sway Bar drops to maintain proper suspension geometry.
