This Fabtech 6-inch Radius Arm System is built for 2008-2010 Ford F450 and F550 4WD trucks. It's designed to give your heavy-duty rig a significant lift, improving its stance and off-road capability. The system includes everything needed to get your truck up in the air, including new front coil springs and rear lift blocks with U-bolts.

At the heart of this kit are Fabtech's patented Radius Arms. These aren't just simple tubes; they feature a full tubular structure that's reinforced with dimple-die side plates for added strength. A key feature is the adjustable alignment cam located at the axle, which allows you to fine-tune your caster for proper wheel alignment after the lift is installed. The front lift comes from a set of 6-inch replacement coil springs, engineered to work with the added height. To complete the suspension upgrade, the system also incorporates a Trac Bar relocation bracket, a new Pitman Arm, and sway bar drop brackets to ensure your suspension geometry is corrected for optimal performance and handling.

This system also comes with front and rear 2.25-inch Dirt Logic Stainless Steel shocks. These shocks are built to handle the demands of a lifted truck, providing a comfortable ride on the street and capable damping off-road. The rear lift is achieved using a block and U-bolt kit, a straightforward way to gain height in the back.
