The patented Radius Arms in this Fabtech lift system are built with a full tubular structure, reinforced by dimple die side plates. This design choice adds strength where it's needed most for off-road use. An adjustable alignment cam is built into the arm at the axle, giving you the ability to fine-tune your caster for better handling after the lift is installed.

This 6-inch system includes everything to get your 2008-2016 Ford F-350/F-450 4WD truck sitting taller and performing better. You get front replacement coil springs designed to provide the 6-inch lift, along with performance shocks to handle the increased travel and load. To ensure proper geometry and function, the kit also comes with a Trac Bar relocation bracket, a new Pitman arm, sway bar drop brackets, and a rear block and U-bolt kit to level out the stance.
