Fabtech designed this RTS system with unitized bracketry to work with the factory front compression stops, distributing impact loads across a wider section of the frame, just as GM intended. The high-arched crossmembers and the front differential skid plate are constructed from 1/4-inch thick steel. This heavy-duty material is crucial for providing the rigidity and strength needed to properly relocate the torsion bars, bump stops, and lower control arms, ensuring the system holds up under stress.
