This Fabtech Gen II Basic System gives your 2014-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 a 6-inch lift, leveling out the factory nose-down rake. You get a clean look with the factory track width retained, meaning your tires stay tucked neatly under the fenders. The system includes upper control arms and rear Performance Twin Tube shocks, often referred to as Stealth shocks, to handle the increased travel and provide a comfortable ride.

Installation is simplified with a coilover spacer that lifts from the top of the shock, reducing install time compared to systems that lift from the bottom. This design also means no CV spacers, impact struts, or add-a-leafs are needed for the basic 6-inch lift. The front differential is relocated to reduce vibration at higher 4WD speeds, and all bracketry and the skid plate are constructed from 1/4-inch thick steel for solid strength and proven reliability. This system has been tested and passes FMVSS 126 standards for stability control functionality.

If you prefer a factory nose-down appearance, an optional add-a-leaf kit (Part #FTS212) is available separately. This kit is designed to work with the factory sway bar end links and mounting holes, maintaining proper leverage on the bar.
