Unlike the factory's stiff, bowed springs that can feel overactive on the road, Fabtech's straight springs use a lower rate for a smoother ride. In the rear, the 2500 kit uses dual-stage coil springs. The first stage is tuned for a supple ride when the truck is unloaded, while the second stage engages to support factory load capacities when needed.
