The Fabtech 6-inch 4 Link Conversion system is built for the 2017 Ford F450 and F550 4WD Diesel trucks, designed to handle both tough on-road driving and demanding off-road conditions. This system uses 2-inch diameter, heavy-wall link arms with 1/4-inch thick steel brackets at the axle, featuring adjustable alignment cams. At the frame, Fabtech's 5 Ton joints provide a wide pivot range for an extended service life. The 4 Link arms connect to solid 1/4-inch thick steel frame brackets, ensuring a strong mount for the new suspension and keeping the factory track bar centered under the vehicle with the added lift height.

Included is a forged steel Dropped Pitman Arm, built with high-strength material that surpasses factory specifications. To maintain proper geometry with the increased ride height, 1/4-inch thick steel drop brackets reposition the front sway bar, allowing its link ends to cycle freely without binding throughout the extended travel range. The system also includes Brake Line Brackets that relocate the factory brake lines down on the frame, keeping the factory fluid system intact without needing to open it. Steering Stabilizer Brackets, also 1/4-inch thick steel with a support brace, retain the factory long travel steering stabilizer to help reduce tire shimmy. For the rear, steel lift blocks replace the factory ones to achieve the desired lift without altering ride quality or load capacity, and American-made U-Bolts securely attach the rear differential.

At the heart of the front suspension are the Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilovers. These utilize simplistic, stout 1/4-inch thick steel brackets that bolt into the factory coil bucket. The coilovers themselves feature a massive 4-inch diameter stainless steel body and a 1.25-inch NitroSteel piston rod, offering maximum corrosion resistance and durability for aggressive driving. A remote aluminum reservoir helps dissipate heat, ensuring consistent damping performance even when driving over extreme terrain at high speeds. Complementing the front are the rear Dirt Logic 2.25 Shocks, constructed with stainless steel bodies and NitroSteel piston rods for similar corrosion resistance and durability. This bolt-on 4 Link System is designed to provide superior articulation and wheel travel, with 2-inch heavy-wall links featuring 1-inch Uniballs for exceptional strength.
