This 5-inch Trail system from Fabtech is designed to give your 2018-2021 Jeep Wrangler JL 4-door a significant boost in off-road capability. It's built to handle everything from rock crawling and aggressive trail riding to long overland expeditions. Fabtech has tuned the suspension components, including the dual-rate coil springs and shock valving, to offer a comfortable and compliant ride on the road, which is a nice bonus when you're not out exploring.

What you get in this kit is a complete short arm suspension system that uses your Jeep's factory control arm mounts, making installation straightforward. The heavy-duty link arms are constructed from strong 1.75-inch OD, .250-inch thick wall steel tubing, designed to resist bending. These arms feature large polyurethane bushings on one end and internal threads on the other, which accept Fabtech's 5 Ton Joint for a quiet and long-lasting operation. The kit also includes corner-specific, long-travel Dual Rate coil springs for the Jeep JL. These springs have two stages: the first provides a soft ride and allows for extension, while the second stage handles vehicle payload and absorbs impacts at higher speeds, keeping the vehicle level.

To properly address steering geometry with the increased ride height, this system includes a Draglink Flip System and a heavy-duty Track Bar bracket. The Draglink Flip relocates the steering geometry to the factory plane, preventing binding in extreme articulation and avoiding increased side load on the steering box, which helps extend its life. The rear track bar bracket, with side support, maintains the factory roll center and keeps the axle centered. Front and rear bump stop extensions are also included to protect your suspension from over-cycling. This kit comes with Fabtech's Dirt Logic 2.25 shocks.
