This Fabtech K2306 kit gives you everything you need to convert your 2018 Ford F450 or F550 4WD Diesel to a 6-inch 4-link front suspension system. Inside the box, you'll find Fabtech's heavy-duty link arms, front coil springs designed for the 6-inch lift, a trac bar relocation bracket, sway bar drop brackets, a Pitman arm, and a rear block and U-bolt kit. It also includes front and rear performance shocks to complete the suspension upgrade.
