Fabtech 19-21 Ram 1500 4WD 6in Basic Sys w/Stealth

Starting with 1/4" thick steel for the lower control arm crossmembers, this Fabtech lift kit is built solid for your 2019-2021 Ram 1500 4WD. The arched design of these crossmembers helps maintain ground clearance, and they're fully welded for extra strength. You also get adjustable alignment cams built right in, giving you a good range to dial in your alignment after the lift is installed.

Fabtech uses extended length ductile iron steering knuckles that keep your tires close to the factory track width, which helps maintain the proper function of your truck's electronic stability control system. The kit includes thick-walled steel coilover spacers that work with your factory coilover shocks, so you can expect a ride quality that's very similar to stock. For the rear, you get steel coil spring spacers that use your original springs, preserving the factory load capacity and highway ride. A heavy-duty 1/4" steel skid plate is integrated into the crossmembers to protect your front differential from trail hazards.

This system also includes Fabtech's rear Stealth monotube shocks, which are designed to handle the demands of a lifted truck while providing a comfortable ride. The crossmembers also feature integrated differential mounts that correctly reposition the front differential, ensuring proper CV and driveshaft angles throughout the suspension's range of motion. Heavy-duty sway bar drop brackets are included to work with your factory sway bar links.
