This Fabtech 6-inch Basic Lift System is specifically designed for your 2021 Ford F-150 4WD, giving it a more aggressive look and enhanced off-road performance. The advanced IFS suspension design is engineered to provide excellent driveability on and off the pavement. You'll notice a significant reduction in driver fatigue thanks to the zero bump steer throughout the suspension cycle, which also improves the overall feel of the vehicle. The system maintains a near-stock track width, keeping your tires neatly tucked under the fenders for a clean appearance.

Fabtech's proprietary steering knuckle geometry is a key feature, offering an excellent lock-to-lock turning radius that makes maneuvering in tight spots much easier. The heavy-duty 1/4" thick steel crossmembers include eccentric alignment cams for straightforward adjustment. Triple front differential mounts are incorporated to reposition the differential correctly, ensuring vibration-free operation even at higher speeds. To achieve the 6-inch lift, the factory coilover shocks are relocated from the bottom, allowing for full steering range. At the rear, the factory 2" block is replaced with a more substantial 5" block and U-bolt system. Fabtech has carefully considered all aspects of the suspension to ensure proper wheel travel and full steering range without over-cycling the components.
