Product Details
This is a single Fabtech Performance Shock Absorber, part number FTS7052. It's built with a 9/16 inch hardened chrome piston rod and a 1 3/8 inch OD piston. The twin-tube hydraulic construction includes high-flow 9-stage valving and a closed-cell foam insert, designed to help reduce shock fade, especially at higher speeds. It also comes with polyurethane bushings for a solid connection.
This shock absorber is intended to work well with Fabtech suspension systems, aiming for improved ride control. It measures 16.33 inches when extended, 10.68 inches when collapsed, giving it a stroke length of 5.66 inches. This shock fits a wide range of GM C/K1500 trucks from 1988-1999, Silverado and Sierra 1500 models from 1999-2006, and even the Hummer H2 from 2003-2009.
