This product is a Fel-Pro 1133 SD-4 Severe Duty engine cylinder head gasket. It's designed to handle the high cylinder pressures and movement that can occur in performance engines, especially when dealing with dissimilar materials like aluminum heads on a cast iron block. The gasket itself is a multi-layer steel (MLS) design, which is Fel-Pro's latest development in their Performance head gasket technology.

Strategically placed sealing beads are incorporated around the combustion chambers and coolant passages. These beads help concentrate the clamping force from the cylinder head bolts, which is key to preventing leaks under demanding conditions.
