This Fidanza aluminum flywheel kit for your 1973-1980 Triumph Spitfire includes the flywheel body, a replaceable hardened 1050 steel ring gear, and military-spec fasteners. It's designed to be a direct bolt-on replacement for your stock unit, making installation straightforward.

Crafted from billet 6061 T6 or 2024 T4 aluminum, this flywheel is significantly lighter than the original – typically 40-60 percent less weight. This reduction in mass, known as lower MOI (Moment of Inertia), allows your engine to rev up more quickly, leading to improved acceleration and a more responsive throttle feel.
