This Factory 4.1 RCT complete system is built specifically for your 2022-2023 Honda CRF250R, designed to give you a significant boost in power across the entire RPM range. It's a full system, meaning it replaces your stock muffler and headpipe for maximum performance improvement.

This system uses FMF's latest Resonance Chamber Technology, both inside and outside the muffler, to help tune the exhaust flow. The muffler itself is shorter than previous designs, which not only looks good but also helps protect it from crash damage. This design also moves the muffler closer to the engine, which helps centralize the bike's mass for better handling. The construction uses aerospace-grade titanium for the muffler body, which is then blue anodized for a distinctive look, and it features a carbon fiber end cap. The headpipe is made of stainless steel. Everything is manufactured at FMF's facility in Southern California.
