This is the FMF Racing Factory 4.1 RCT full exhaust system, designed for the KTM 500XCF-W models from 2020-2022 and Husqvarna FE501 models from 2020-2022. This system replaces your stock exhaust to help your bike breathe better, leading to significant improvements in performance across the entire RPM range. It’s built with advanced materials and construction techniques to handle the demands of off-road riding.

The Factory 4.1 RCT utilizes FMF's latest Resonance Chamber Technology, integrated both inside and outside the muffler. This design contributes to a shorter overall muffler length, which makes it less likely to sustain damage from impacts and helps centralize mass by moving the muffler closer to the engine. This improved mass centralization can make the bike feel more nimble and easier to handle. The system is constructed from a proprietary blend of aerospace-grade titanium for the muffler body, which is then blue anodized for a distinctive look. It also features a carbon fiber end cap for a touch of style and weight savings. The header and mid-pipe are made from stainless steel for durability.

Included with this system is FMF's Rapid Tuning System (RTS), allowing for quick adjustments to optimize performance. Everything is manufactured 100% at FMF's Southern California factory, ensuring close attention to detail and quality control.
