Ford Racing 302/351W Z-Head Aluminum - Assembled 63CC

When you're rebuilding the top end of your 302 or 351W engine, these Z-Heads from Ford Racing are a solid option. You get a pair of fully assembled aluminum cylinder heads, complete with installed steel alloy intake and exhaust valve seats, and manganese-bronze valve guides. The combustion chambers are CNC-machined to a precise 63cc volume, and the heads feature high-flow ports designed using solid modeling technology for improved airflow. They are cast from prime A356 T6 aluminum, a strong material chosen for its balance of weight and durability in performance applications. These heads fit a wide range of Ford vehicles, including Broncos, Econoline vans, and F-Series trucks from the late 60s through the mid-90s.

Ford Racing designed these heads with performance in mind. The 20-degree inline valves and the port volumes – 204cc for intake and 85cc for exhaust – are optimized for better breathing. While they come assembled, they do require a competition valve job and bowl blending to achieve their full potential. The laser-cut guideplates are included, and the heads are set up to accept both tapered seat and gasket-style 14mm spark plugs, giving you flexibility in your build. These heads are made in the USA, reflecting a commitment to quality manufacturing.
