Ford Racing 302/351W Z-Head Aluminum - Assembled 63CC with 7mm Valve

Cast from prime A356 T6 aluminum, these 'Z' heads from Ford Racing were designed using solid modeling technology. They feature high-flow ports and steel alloy intake and exhaust valve seats installed. The manganese-bronze valve guides are installed with a semi-finished I.D. and the combustion chambers are CNC-machined. Laser-cut guideplates are included, and they accept both tapered seat and gasket-style 14mm spark plugs.

These heads are built for performance, featuring a 204cc intake port volume as cast and an 85cc exhaust port volume as cast. The combustion chambers are a compact 63cc, CNC-machined for precision. They utilize 20-degree inline valves and have a raised exhaust port exit, which may require custom headers for optimal fitment. The steel alloy intake and exhaust valve seats are installed, and the manganese-bronze valve guides come with a semi-finished ID, ready for a competition valve job and bowl blending. These heads are made in the USA and are designed to accept both tapered seat and gasket-style 14mm spark plugs.
