Ford Racing 5.2L Raptor R Supercharged Engine

This is the Ford Performance all-new 5.2L Supercharged and intercooled engine assembly, straight from the 2024 F-150 Raptor R. You'll get a complete, ready-to-install engine rated at a stout 760 horsepower and 625 lb.-ft of torque, requiring premium fuel to achieve these figures. This engine is designed to be a direct replacement or a powerful upgrade for your project.

At its heart is a high-strength aluminum block featuring plasma transferred wire arc spray weld cylinder liners for improved durability. It has a 94mm bore and 93mm stroke, with a 9.5 to 1 compression ratio. Forged steel makes up the crankshaft and connecting rods, ensuring strength under load. The pistons are forged aluminum with a Grafal coating. This assembly includes all-new OE components: exhaust manifolds (left and right), alternator, starter, A/C compressor, a 92mm throttle body, the supercharger belt, and the water pump/alternator belt. The Eaton TVS R2650 Supercharger is also included, ready to deliver serious boost.

To get this engine running, you'll need the Ford Performance control pack M-6017-M52SC, which is available separately. You'll also need to install the KU5Z-12A581-W engine harness or repin the included harness; contact the Ford Performance Techline for specific details on this process. The dry weight of the engine, without the FEAD components, is 536 lbs. Please note this engine is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
