These Ford Racing roller camshaft bearings are an ultra-low-friction needle roller type, designed to significantly reduce friction within your Ford engine. Because they require so little lubrication, you can actually block off the stock cam oiling holes, relying on normal crankcase splash for adequate oiling. This design choice helps reduce both oil aeration and windage losses, contributing to a more efficient engine operation. Please note that this setup requires block machining and an SAE 8620 steel camshaft.
