The shock body is made from aluminum, which helps dissipate heat faster than steel, keeping the shock working effectively. It features an external reservoir system that also helps manage heat, along with a chrome-plated, heat-treated alloy steel shaft and Teflon-lined spherical bearings for smooth operation. The ORB O-ring port fittings ensure a superior seal, and the entire unit is designed to be serviceable and tunable, meaning you can get longer life out of it. This shock is designed to work with a 0-1 inch lift.
