This shock features a 17-4 H900 hard chrome plated stainless steel shaft for strength and durability. The components are CNC machined from aluminum with a black anodized finish, and the entire assembly is protected by a new proprietary Cerakote coating over a zinc-plated basecoat, adding a tough ceramic layer for resistance. It uses JM92 MIL-SPEC oil, specifically developed for the rigors of off-road racing. Because it's owner serviceable and rebuildable, you can maintain its performance over time, and custom valving options are available if you want to fine-tune it further.
