Inside, an IFP (Internal Floating Piston) separates the oil from the high-pressure nitrogen gas, preventing aeration and ensuring consistent performance. The large, heavy-duty 5/8 inch hard chrome shaft is built to handle tough conditions, and the hour-glass bushings allow for increased articulation. This shock is designed for 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokees with 5-6.5 inch or 6.5-8 inch lifts.
