Inside, the IFP (Internal Floating Piston) design keeps the oil and high-pressure nitrogen gas separated, which is key for maintaining consistent damping. It's also built to be serviceable and tunable, meaning you can rebuild it for longer life. The components are CNC machined from aluminum with a black anodized finish, and it uses Teflon-lined, heat-treated spherical bearings for smooth movement.
