This Gibson 4-inch turbo-back exhaust system is made for your 2003-2007 Ford F-250 Super Duty with the 6.0L diesel engine. It replaces your factory exhaust from the turbocharger all the way back, giving your truck a more aggressive sound and improved performance, especially when you're hauling heavy loads or climbing steep grades.

Gibson designed this system for better flow, which can lead to noticeable gains in horsepower and torque – they've seen up to 32 horsepower and 60 ft-lbs of torque on their dyno tests. The heart of the system is the Superflow™ muffler, which uses a baffled and chambered design without internal packing. This setup is known for producing a deep, aggressive exhaust note while minimizing interior drone, so your cab stays more comfortable on longer drives. All the tubing is mandrel-bent stainless steel, ensuring it resists corrosion and maintains consistent diameter for optimal airflow. The system also includes a polished, clamp-on slash-cut tip for a clean look.

Installation is designed to be a hassle-free, bolt-on process, using factory-style hangers for a secure fit. Everything you need for installation, including all hardware, is included in the box.
