This Gibson cat-back exhaust system is built with 3-inch, mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing, which helps keep exhaust gases flowing smoothly. It's designed to exit behind the rear tire on your 2015-2020 Chevrolet Tahoe or GMC Yukon with the 5.3L engine. Mandrel bending means the pipe maintains its diameter through the bends, which is key for consistent exhaust flow, especially at lower RPMs where you need the most power for towing or climbing hills.

You can expect an improved low-end torque and horsepower, with dyno tests showing gains of 15-20 lb-ft of torque and 10-15 horsepower between 1800 and 3000 RPM. Gibson uses a baffled and chambered muffler with their Superflow™ technology, aiming for an aggressive sound outside the vehicle while minimizing interior drone.
