This Gibson cat-back exhaust system is made for your 1987-1996 Ford F-150 with the 4.9L engine. It's designed to exit behind the rear tire, giving your truck a more aggressive sound outside while keeping things quieter inside the cab compared to other performance exhaust systems. This system aims to improve your truck's acceleration, hill climbing, and passing power.

The system uses aluminized, mandrel-bent tubing for consistent flow and a baffled/chambered muffler that doesn't rely on internal packing, which helps reduce interior drone. Dyno tests show it makes its best torque and horsepower gains between 1800 and 3000 RPM, with an average increase of 10-15 horsepower and 15-20 lb-ft of torque.
