This Gibson cat-back exhaust system uses aluminized, mandrel-bent tubing, which helps improve exhaust flow over the stock setup. It’s designed to exit behind the rear tire with a single polished stainless steel slash-cut tip, giving your truck a cleaner look. This system is built for trucks like the 1979-1991 Dodge D150 and W150, and also fits a range of other D and W series trucks from the late 70s through the early 90s.

The heart of this system is the Superflow muffler, which is baffled and chambered to provide a more aggressive sound outside the vehicle while minimizing interior drone. Dyno tests show this setup makes its best torque and horsepower gains between 1800 and 3000 RPM, which is perfect for improving hill climbing, towing, and passing power. You can expect an average increase of 10-15 horsepower and 15-20 lb-ft of torque.
