These lines replace your stock rubber hoses with a PTFE inner hose covered by a stainless steel outer braid. This construction helps eliminate the spongy pedal feel that can happen with older rubber lines, especially under heavy braking, leading to more consistent pedal response and improved braking efficiency. The stainless steel braiding also offers better resistance to abrasion and corrosion compared to rubber.
