What does 'pre-assembled' mean?

Will this fit other lights besides fog lights?

This harness is made for fog lights. While it might physically connect to other lights, the wire gauge and fuse rating are designed for the current draw of typical fog lamps. Using it for higher-wattage lights could cause problems.
