20-22 Ford F250/F350 2.5in Stage 6 Suspension System W/ Expansion Pack

ICON's Stage 6 system for the 2020-2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty is their most complete package for these trucks, and at this price point it includes components that lower-stage kits leave out. This is a 100% bolt-on system with no drilling, cutting, or welding required for installation, and it delivers 2.5 inches of front lift over stock using ICON's progressive rate coil springs specifically tuned for the 2020-2022 platform.

What separates the Stage 6 from ICON's other kits are the fabricated radius arms and the dual steering stabilizer kit. The radius arms feature a sealed pivot bushing, on-vehicle caster adjustment, and a fully boxed profile optimized for tire clearance at full steering lock. ICON states that a 37-inch tall tire will clear without contacting the radius arm. The dual steering stabilizer uses ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series stabilizers to keep the front end composed over rough terrain.

Front and rear 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV shocks give you 10 positions of external compression damping adjustment, from soft to hard. The front shocks use remote reservoirs and the rears use piggyback reservoirs, both providing increased oil capacity for cooler operating temperatures during sustained use. An adjustable front track bar with an FK rod end centers the axle, and rear leaf spring expansion packs with blocks and U-bolts improve ride compliance and reduce axle wrap.

ICON notes that springs are rated for diesel engines only, this fits 4WD and single rear wheel models only, and it is not compatible with F-350 Cab and Chassis models. Trucks with the Tremor package will see about 1.5 inches of front lift instead of the full 2.5 inches. Recommended tire size is 35x12.50 inches; 37x12.50 may fit but could require fender trimming.
