ICO 2.5 Series Coilover Kits

The remote reservoir coilover shocks in this ICON Stage 5 Suspension System are precision-manufactured and custom-valved to give your 2021-2023 Ford Bronco the most travel possible, improving both ride quality and suspension performance on and off-road. These coilovers also let you adjust the ride height, providing a 2-3 inch front lift and a 1.25-2.25 inch rear lift over stock for 4-door Broncos equipped with the Sasquatch Package. The remote reservoirs significantly increase the shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area. This helps resist overheating and cavitation during hard use, which can lead to damper fade, ensuring consistent shock performance even at speed over rough terrain.

To handle the increased travel and lift height from the ICON Coilovers, this Stage 5 kit includes Tubular Upper Control Arms. These arms offer caster correction and feature ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO, allowing up to 90 degrees of freedom of movement. The rear suspension articulation is further enhanced with the addition of ICON tubular rear lower suspension links, which also add strength and ground clearance. These adjustable links use greaseless bushings at one end and FK rod ends at the other, balancing free articulation with ride quality. The rear coilovers are mounted shaft-up and use unique ICON engineered progressive dual rate coil springs. These springs offer extra weight capacity for Broncos frequently loaded with gear while maintaining excellent on- and off-road performance.

This suspension system is designed to achieve up to 11.5 inches of front suspension travel and 14 inches of rear suspension travel when used with 35X12.50 tires. For use with 37-inch and larger tires, optional up-travel limiters (sold separately) are recommended.
