ICO 2.5 Series Coilover Kits

This ICON Stage 2 suspension system for your 2024 Lexus GX550 includes front 2.5 Series adjustable coilovers, rear 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir shocks, dual-rate rear coil springs, and billet aluminum upper control arms. It's designed to significantly enhance your GX550's performance both on the pavement and when you venture off-road, offering a more capable and comfortable ride.

The billet aluminum upper control arms are key to this system, providing corrected front-end geometry for better drivability and allowing for on-vehicle camber and caster adjustments. They also offer improved clearance for suspension components. Replacing the stock ball joint with the serviceable and rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO allows the front suspension to move freely through its full range of travel without binding. The front coilovers are height adjustable from 1.25 to 3 inches of lift, which helps you fit larger tires. To maximize front suspension travel and prevent CV joint bind, the system includes front differential drop brackets and specifically designed coilover lengths. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings are also included to reduce differential movement under load.

In the rear, the dual-rate coil springs provide a comfortable ride at normal ride height and a firmer rate to resist bottoming out during aggressive driving or off-roading, while also achieving a 2-inch lift for a level stance. The ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks feature internal reservoirs for better cooling and are tuned specifically for the GX550 to balance the vehicle's performance front to rear. The entire system uses FK Rod End bearings for durability and minimal deflection, contributing to improved wheel travel and overall ride quality.
