ICO 2.5 Series Coilover Kits

Starting with the CDCV-equipped remote reservoirs on the 2.5 Series front coilovers, this ICON Stage 5 system is built to handle tough terrain and keep your 2024 Toyota Tacoma in control. These aren't just shocks; they're a complete suspension overhaul designed to give you more wheel travel and better damping, whether you're on the highway or exploring off-road. The remote reservoirs are key here, significantly increasing the shock's oil volume and surface area for heat dissipation. This means less chance of overheating and damper fade when you're really pushing the truck hard.

What really sets this kit apart is the adjustability. The ICON CDC Valves let you dial in your compression damping across 10 different levels, from a softer setting for daily driving to a much firmer tune for aggressive off-road use. You can also adjust the front lift height anywhere from 1.25 to 3 inches over stock, which is crucial for fitting larger, more aggressive tires. To make sure you get the most out of that lift and travel, ICON includes front differential drop brackets and specifically valved coilovers to maximize suspension travel without causing CV bind. They've even swapped out the stock differential bushings for polyurethane ones to reduce unwanted movement under load.

The kit also includes tubular upper control arms featuring ICON's serviceable Delta Joint PRO. This joint allows for a full 90 degrees of articulation, eliminating bind and improving clearance for the suspension components. In the rear, you'll find dual-rate coil springs that offer a comfortable ride rate for daily driving, with a firmer overload rate for excellent load support and bottoming resistance off-road. These rear springs are designed to provide about a half-inch of lift when carrying around 600 pounds of extra weight, giving your Tacoma a more aggressive stance and more fender clearance. The rear shocks are also 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV units, tuned to perfectly balance the front suspension's performance.
